Ordica LLC ("Ordica," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you request access or register, we collect your email address, selected tier, and use case description.

Usage Telemetry: We collect anonymous, aggregated metrics about Service usage, including token counts, compression savings percentages, provider selection, and response times. This data contains no message content.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or banking details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.

Technical Information: We may collect IP address hashes (not full IP addresses), browser type, and device information for security and rate-limiting purposes.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Message Content: We do not store, log, or retain the content of your API requests or responses. Your prompts and AI responses pass through our compression engine in memory only and are discarded immediately after processing. We have no ability to retrieve or review your message content after a request completes.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
To process access requests and manage your account
To send transactional emails (verification codes, access approvals, billing)
To monitor and prevent abuse, fraud, and security threats
To generate aggregate, anonymized analytics about Service performance

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: We use Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare for security and content delivery. These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encrypted storage for sensitive data, and access controls. Our infrastructure operates on FIPS-enabled systems where applicable. Enterprise customers may access additional security measures including hardware enclave (Intel SGX) processing.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Usage telemetry is retained in anonymized, aggregated form. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@ordica.ai.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your information
Opt out of marketing communications

8. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. 9. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies for essential functionality only (session management). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set security cookies as part of its DDoS protection and bot management services.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
