Ordica is a usage-based service. Each paid request represents a unit of service that is metered, delivered, and billed at the moment it is processed. Because the service is delivered in real time at the moment of the request, there is no good-in-hand to return.
Usage-based charges (metered billing) are non-refundable. Each paid request represents a unit of service that has been fully delivered at the time of billing. Metered charges cannot be reversed after delivery, except in the case of verified billing errors (see below).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
If you believe you were charged incorrectly — for example, a duplicate charge, a metering error, or a charge after cancellation — contact us at support@ordica.ai. We will investigate and issue a credit or refund for any verified billing error within 10 business days.
Our Free tier requires no payment and has no billing. If you are unsatisfied with a paid plan, you can always downgrade to Free with no charge.
Outside the billing-error process, refunds are not offered on delivered usage. Ordica may issue a refund in exceptional circumstances at its discretion, and will issue refunds where required by applicable state or federal consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy waives, limits, or modifies any rights you have under the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act or any other non-waivable consumer protection law.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
Billing term: Monthly, unless an Enterprise agreement specifies a different term.
Recurring charge: Your Pro subscription fee is charged on the first day of each billing period. Usage-based fees (calculated as a share of measured token savings per request, per the Terms of Service) are billed monthly in arrears based on metered usage during the preceding billing period.
How to cancel: You can cancel at any time, with one click, from the "Subscription" section of your account dashboard. No phone call, no retention offer, no emailed form required. Email cancellation via support@ordica.ai is available as an alternative.
When standard cancellation takes effect: Standard cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. Usage-based fees already incurred during the current period remain payable. No partial-month refunds are issued for the current period unless required by applicable law.
Termination for convenience (pro-rated refund): Separately from standard cancellation, you may terminate for convenience on 30 days' written notice to support@ordica.ai pursuant to Section 11 of the Terms of Service. If you exercise this right, we will pro-rate and refund any pre-paid subscription fees covering the period after the termination effective date. Usage-based fees already incurred remain payable; the pro-rated refund applies only to pre-paid subscription (flat-fee) portions.
Annual reminder: For subscriptions that continue for twelve consecutive months or more, we will send an email reminder at least 15 days before each annual renewal, restating the current charge, the renewal date, and the cancellation link.
Price-change notice: We will provide written notice to the email on file at least 30 days before any subscription-fee increase takes effect.
Prepaid credits, if any, remain usable until the end of the billing period in which they were purchased and are not redeemable for cash. If you dispute a charge with your payment provider, please contact support@ordica.ai first — we will work with you to resolve the dispute directly.
