How Our Billing Works

Ordica is a usage-based AI compression service. When you send an API request through Ordica, we compress it in real time and forward it to your chosen provider. The compression savings are delivered instantly and cannot be reversed — the value is realized the moment the request is processed.

Usage Charges

Usage-based charges (metered billing) are non-refundable. Each compressed request represents a service that has been fully delivered. There is no product to return and no way to "undo" a compression that has already saved you tokens and money.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly — for example, a duplicate charge, a metering error, or a charge after cancellation — contact us at support@ordica.ai. We will investigate and issue a credit or refund for any verified billing error within 10 business days.

Free Tier

Our Free tier requires no payment and has no billing. If you are unsatisfied with a paid plan, you can always downgrade to Free with no charge.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at Ordica's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, or as required by applicable law. California consumers retain all rights provided under the California Consumer Protection Act and other applicable state and federal laws.
